Do we serve recreational customers?
Absolutely. We are a California state licensed cannabis delivery service in Oakland, California. We serve recreational customers over the age of 21 with a valid government ID. We also serve medical customers over the age of 18 with a valid California medical marijuana card. Out of state medical cards are not accepted.
When will my order be delivered?
Most orders are delivered within an hour. During peak times delivery time may be delayed, but you will be contacted by your driver.
What cashless payment options are available?
We currently accept Cash App, Apple Cash, Google Pay and all major credit and debit cards.
What taxes apply?
Since the implementation of Proposition 64 in 2018, there are now three mandated taxes on all cannabis purchases.
• State Excise Tax
• California State Sales Tax
• City Cannabis Tax
These taxes typically total approximately 30% and vary slightly depending on your delivery location.
What is your return policy?
Returns are ONLY accepted for defective products. All product must be returned in it’s original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.
All returns must be within 2 days of the purchase date. Returns after 2 days from the purchase date will not be accepted for any reason.
We will process your return within 24 hours and refund the total amount due via your original payment method.
